Failure and Success: The Dynamic Entrepreneurship to Happiness and Wisdom.

First of all, I must point out unambiguously that from now I agree and at the same time I contradict all kinds of opinions that are generated from this publication (I mention it by simple systematic strategy, or by appearances in some cases, or to understand the point of view of each one, or not to share dissimilar perspectives, or all inclusives, although all this sounds paradoxical or ironic or contradictory).

The previous question, is due to the intrinsic recognition that I must do, in terms of framing the approach that I will do next for such a complicated issue; which may be somewhat at odds with the simple logic of "normal" people and the typical reasoning of the majority of people without university education and even some specialists in the field.

In fact, I understand that I have some "small details" that could scandalously contradict their learning, experiences, philosophies, principles and beliefs, dear reader; may even collide with my own; and in spite of the risk of causing mental conflicts (which is not my unsettling purpose); I will humbly write my ideas on this subject, but without the intention of offending or causing anger or existentialist conflicts to my own and strangers.

In this sense, in Philosophical terms (to understand clearly in my original approach it is not a question of basing myself on a Psychological consideration); although, apparently it is absurd, not understandable and perhaps irrational to omit it and from there my fundamental error derives (if so). However, I deny and exclude psychological considerations, to focus solely on the Philosophical references to develop the theme.

However, for greater understanding in summary I can confess that the advice I give to my "clients", family and friends, to avoid the dreaded "Frustration" and associated existential problems that derive there, are based on recommend the fact of basing our objectives and goals on the "apparently sad failure", NOT on the expected and "rewarding success", as traditionally tends to be considered by most people.

A Successful Failure?

I know what is "laughable and crazy" that the reading of the presentation previously presented as a subtitle may result; but, in function of my characteristic seriousness and for a better understanding, I must explain and argue rationally from the different edges, in this "polyhedron" of Philosophical and Logical assertions:

.- In the first place, I infer that by setting our objectives and goals in the expected "success", we regularly invest all our resources available in it; and to achieve everything according to plan or expected, instinctively we are filled with "self-worship", pride, vanity, self-sufficiency and other "trivial epithets" that grotesquely and subjectively raise our self-esteem.

All the above factors will prevent us from fully enjoying and truly and satisfactorily sharing said "success"; making it almost impossible to achieve the proper learning inherent in the aforementioned process. Simultaneously, we will lose the good option that implies tasting the associated happiness, next to our loved ones. And maybe they lead us to the resounding failure later.

.- Secondly, I presume that failure and fail without being prepared for such disconcerting results, almost immediately we will "Frustrate" and we will be odiously charged with negative pejorative and self-destructive epithets (the antonyms of those described above for "success"). So much so, that logically I always ask myself: Is it rational or essential to worry? Is it worth getting frustrated?

In this sense, if we ignore the rational considerations of "good vibes" our self-esteem "will fall to the ground", to later burden us with grudges, hatreds, justifications, excuses and guilt; ours and those of others, among other subjects of false principles that we negatively use as "shields".

.- Thirdly, I believe that by failing we should avoid being "technically paralyzed", with self-esteem in decline, and prevented from moving forward, because it could generate serious feelings and fatal, conflicting and self-destructive feelings, with additional problems associated existential, which can lead to self-abandonment, vices, denial and even lead to negative, scandalous, irrational and cowardly suicide.

So, why should we feel bad for a fool and even a natural failure?

More Arguments and Examples of Successful Failure

I honestly believe that if we set our goals in a planned "Failure", that can allow us to define objectives and goals higher than normal, that can be improved along the way with great proposals; which we may not be able to fulfill and we know that clearly. But, the complex and impossible goals and objectives will force us to strive much more to achieve it, being mentalized with much wisdom that it will be difficult to achieve it, but it will be worth the attempt.

In this sense, for a greater option of understanding, I will present a couple of related examples below:

1.- I always advise to set goals as high as possible (it is one of my successful life routines), for example metaphorically in "Heaven", of course we will never achieve that; but, if we try hard enough to reach it, probably at least one metaphorical "Star" we will succeed; and the effort for our "great failure" for not reaching "Heaven", will be rewarded with the greatest of our "successes", because no one has ever managed to have a "Star" in their hands.

2.- In Sports terms, if a "featherweight" boxer (between 122 and 125 pound-weight) practices hard and disciplined to fight and beat a "heavyweight" (more than 180 pounds), I doubt that one day he will win; but, to make the best effort to defeat him, he will most likely achieve the experience, strength, technique and "blank" necessary and sufficient, practicing with people bigger, better, stronger and heavier than him; and for that reason, probably it becomes World Champion in his category and even in other categories; and his failure to beat a "heavyweight" will be rewarded with his greatest success as a World Champion in his category or in several higher categories.

Ultimately argumentative, I reiterate that I honestly understand that failures are not such things as feeling bad about it, and I really believe that they are learning and experiences to Improve Continuously in life, and so I pose it as a "Sentence, Decree or Law" that must be seen and treated; because in my Philosophical principles, they are for our human reality: "learning by trial and error", perfectist base of Quality and Continuous Improvement (a clear example, it consists of the fact that of children before walking and speaking well, first we fail many times while practicing, with painful falls and learnings, to finally of so much to fail, we obtain the success doing it very well, and continuously improving the quality in the learning).

Requirements for Successful Entrepreneurship

To conclude, I infer that to be a successful entrepreneur requires a lot of experience, and for that reason I consider that the main source of experiences is failure flavored with efforts, failed and improved plans, commitment, discipline, intelligence, cunning and patience; to ideally feed learning, wisdom, skills, credibility and mental and physical agility. Then, together apply them in new ventures that will surely be very successful.

In addition, I reiterate that all failure leads to full objective identification of errors, deviations, failures, omissions and problems with their causes and consequences; which means that for the next undertakings, we will be aware of this in order not to repeat them, and systematically to improve continuously and thus approach progressively and sustainably to the satisfactory success that we deserve with much effort.

IN SUMMARY: After each failure, we must apply the necessary corrective measures, determine new approaches, motivations and logical approaches to continue improving and achieve success from previous failures.

GOD HAS TAUGHT ME TO LIVE FROM FAILURE IN FAILURE AND I HAVE NEVER FRUSTRATED BY THAT, BECAUSE THAT IS HOW I HAVE LEARNED TO BE WHO I AM TODAY: A HEALTHY, INTELLIGENT, SUCCESSFUL AND HAPPY PERSON (DESPITE EVERYTHING...).

FINAL RECOMMENDATION: We Must Prepare with Conscience to Undertake and Start our Success Journeys with a "Possible Failure", From There to Motivationally and Analytically Evaluate Causes and Their Original Roots; Such as Problems, Errors, Omissions, Failures, Conflicts, Weaknesses, Deviations, Threats or Wrong Approaches. And Then, Proceed to Apply Some Kind of "Perfectist" Action, Such as for Example the Strategies Indicated in the Specialized Texts of Self-Help and for the Processes of Quality and Continuous Improvement, and Focused All in the Satisfaction in General.
