Awesome post reptr! You open up a very interesting point, which is that our mind does have a tendency to want to sink into a "comfort zone" and try to hide from the more negative/painful experiences inside of ourselves, like fears, memories and emotions, and so we form habits to suppress and keep us locked into a predictable structure of living. Yet as you also mention, when we listen to our body we might realize that this is not real "comfort", because it places a discomfort onto our body. Real comfort is found within having the courage to face that which we're trying to suppress and to open up that which we're trying to hide. Upvoted and followed.
Perfectly said kimamourette !
Makes me happy you get the point. Thank you very much, following right back ! ;)
