Pretending to know when we actually don't.

in #philosophy8 years ago

We have explanation to every thing we do wrong. But when it comes to other's wrong we have judgement, disregarding the situation or surrounding.

I've heard somewhere that, "Most of the time people are not mean, they are just tired". Meaning, whatever she is saying actually is output of the way she is feeling at the moment. And her feeling can depend on many factors, from waking up in the morning, eating breakfast, firs human encounter, etc. we can go on and on, and we can relate to it for us. But not for others. It is possible that she didn't mean what she said and didn't wanted to express the way she did then. But we are as quick as flash on judging the reaction.

We get angry when other people don't understand what we mean when we say something. When role reverses we do the same. May be it is how we are programmed by our society.

Investigation is the key, we need to step outside of the situation and think rationally. Easier said than done? Not at all. we know how to do it. We do it quite often, in case of our pets who don't speak our language or babies who can't express their feelings with their words.

Whenever baby cries we ask question like if it was fed or not properly? if it had slept well or not? We don't just jump to conclusion we investigate.

I know I'm no different but now that I thought about it and heard about it, I'm mindful about these things. You must have wondered about it at some point in your life. If not, then did you after reading this?

Well what do you think? Did you have same questions and came up with better solution than mine? or Do you have different vision about it? Please feel free to share.

This is the end of Season1:Episode1
