Veteran illiegally held without bail for possibly being a member of "The known terror cell" (their words) Anonymous
Hello,
My name is unimportant, anyone good enough could figure it out anyways. Besides, I will be standing trial pretty soon.
June 23, 2015, I set myself up to be arrested, on purpose, to make a powerful statement. I have spent a year and a half in jail, bonded out a couple times, lost everything in the process, have an ankle monitor on now, and yes, I have trial coming pretty soon.
I'm also a veteran of the US Army that served three tours in Iraq. I took an oath to defend our country from it enemies, foreign and domestic. That oath is a life long commitment and the powerful statement was an act of martyrdom to hopefully raise awareness that the threat to our country is internal and needs to be resisted. It is our job to ensure our government stays within the power we have given it. Our constitution is what makes our country what it is, our way of life.
The charges:
Arrested for criminal trespassing LA C.Cr.P 14:63 and public wearing of a mask LA C.Cr.P. 14:313. Both misdemeanors. Still held without bail though.
The act:
On June 23rd, 2015, I walked into a place I had been told not to return to wearing the Guy Fawkes mask, I walked around and was escorted out. Spent less than two minutes in the building. Left without incident.
The statement:
I want people to wake up to the fact that those with power do not care about your rights. If they don't care about your rights, they care less about your information. And if they don't care about your information, what makes you think they care about your money? WE, the people, need to make the change. It needs to start in our judicial system and extend out to our financial system. Blockchain technology will be the game changer, but the resistance will be great. This technology has the ability to free an entire portion of society from the chains that bind, mainly financial. Financial freedom, for those can handle it, will make the world a better place. The paradigm shift, the one that can't be stopped, will make this happen.
"This guy must be crazy!" Actually, it's called bi-polar disorder and no I was not on my medicine. I think what I did and their response is a beautiful thing and happened just the way it was supposed to happen. Would it have happened if I had been on my medicine, meh, I'm glad I wasn't medicated. I didn't hurt or threaten anyone. I was just out to prove a point to those that can hear what I am saying.
There is a lot more to this, like the multiple court appearances I have made, the multiple bail hearings, the trial, the transcripts and how I am having my attorney request the audio transcripts since the written transcripts have been altered.
