I like these 9 tips, I actually do all of them every single day. For me, the diary is a journal I write in every day.

Once you get started, it's easy to just focus on these every day and you will feel a lot better. And you definitely notice a difference when you don't decide to do it for a day.

Another one I'd like to add to this list is reading, it helps you get new insights on how to be calmer and you get your mind to focus on something else for a while.

I checked out some of your other posts and really like them. Keep it up, you're giving really solid advice!
