Is there such a thing as a right decision but wrong outcome?
People always have a habit of judging the quality of their decision to do something based on the result. I beg to differ. Imagine a dice. The number 1 on the dice indicates a bad result while the rest of the numbers indicate a good result. Now let's say you decide to do something risky. As you take that action, you roll that figurative dice and say you roll a 1. The action was perfectly executed, the intention was good but the outcome was terrible. Instead of blaming yourself and your judgement, understand that sometimes things out of our control happen that influence the decision and that's life. Just learn from what you can and remember there are no mistakes in life. Only lessons.
That is pretty spot on. Conversely, when people make a terrible decision and the results are good, they tend to congratulate themselves instead of rightfully judging their actions.
Exactly! It is best to be detached from the results and just do what you believe is right.
I love all the photos, but my fav is the second place one. Upvoted and resteemed
