My favorite MEME for the day. "I love sucking cow tits. Vegan is too extreme." LOL.

Three days ago, I took a true happiness test on bluezones.com https://apps.bluezones.com/en/happiness

Since I know I'm living a very healthy life, I should be getting very high score. Little do I know, I only get a C+. I began looking into the report and suggestion. One of the major reason is I'm stuck at a job where I couldn't find meanings but pay well.

Here is the screen shot of their recommendation:

That is exactly what bring down my score. So I began to search for a new solution. I found some new opportunity and apply for the position. Right away, I got a phone call. I may begin a new trainning soon and this could be exciting.

Over the weekend, I ate a lot of coconut oil and some really salty food. Since coconut oil are actually saturated fat, so I wanted to test my blood pressure. I was shock to see the reading.

How can it be? Just 3 days of really high saturated fat eating, I went into high blood pressure red zone. I stay calm and continue my plan of going to the swimming pool.

After my exercise, I try again to see if the first reading was correct. Then it came back normal. I was feeling relief. In my first measurement, I didn't make the reader tight enough. Once, the problem correct it, my blood pressure becomes normal.

In the evening, after my fruitarian dinner, my best attempt to flush my system with really clean food without salt, oil or cooking. It was really enjoyable dinner. Each week we should all dedicate 1 or 2 days to eat just fruit to really clean up our system.

I also found a really awesome TED talk that is really funny and inspiring. Usually, it's hard to find a TED talk that is funny. Take a look, you will love it too.

This is one of the best and funniest TED talk I have seen so far that can also change your life. Plant-strong food is the weapon that can slay all the evil dragons living within us. 🗡🐉

I really admire Rip Esselstyn because he could went from a Firefighter to a writer, speaker and health promoter. Himself taking a lot of risk from sinking his old boat and into a new field that he has no credential for. That takes a lot of courage, hard work and incredible amount of wisdom!

all the best for your new work :))

Thanks :) As we grow older, we take less and less risks. This post is a good reminder not to settle. We need to risk to get to our best!
