Your example doesn't really give a clear example of how the free SP will be used. I am interested in covering the gap of the SP with a delegation, but if I am not aware how it will be used, or if reports of how it WAS used aren't offered on the service, how can I be sure my delegation isn't being abused?

I look at the @plentyofphish account on Steemd and see it issuing some upvotes. Why does it issue upvotes? Shouldn't this account be used solely for flagging and removing flags of users that have since complied?

Why are the following accounts getting upvotes from @plentyofphish:

1. @arcange, @bullionstackers
2. @eddard, @namcine, @canburaksimsek

I split the names above into groups because the first group is just automated accounts that are getting upvotes from @plentyofphish at 1%. Btw, voting less than around 2% is a waste of voting power due to a precision rounding issue in Steem (but that's for a different conversation altogether)

My point is that I see no reason why arcange or bullionstackers need to be burning VP of the @plentyofphish account. Makes me wary to go ahead and give a free delegation that amounts to about $30k USD.

If you will take the time to answer some of my questions and give a little more information about the project, perhaps I will be convinced to go ahead and issue the delegation. At this point, I believe I will be holding off.
