Ottawa - What's it like to stay in a horror hotel that turns out to be a former prison? This is Ottawa Jail Hostel in Canada.
Hostelling International sees an empty building of high value for a hostel. The building was later named Ottawa Jail Hostel.
Inquired had a search, apparently this building is not an ordinary prison. Ottawa Jail Hostel has a slightly dark past.
Ottawa Jail Hostel is a former prison building in Ottawa. Formerly this building was named Carleton County Gaol and became a prisoner house in 1862-1972.
All cells are made up of empty space without toilets and no warmers at all. All female and male inmates are mixed into one cell.
