clinging to the past, overcome it
This image when looking at it made me meditate and reflect on the fundamental aspect of life, as some people or most of us do not cling or cling to the past becoming an observer of our own lives, without enjoying every moment and opportunities that the present clinging to the sadness of the recuersdos causing suffering and pain tormenting us for something that we can not change that already happened and that we will only achieve is to stop our spiritual growth taking away our peace, tranquility and our happiness.
We must learn simple methods to free ourselves from that cruel past that we can not overcome and constantly torment us:
1-Analyze our virtues and defects and accept ourselves as we are.
2-improve what we do not like about us and change it for the better.
3-not clinging to things for when we do not have it, we do not suffer.
4-enjoy the present that life offers us.
5-meditate a few minutes to reflect and think that the future will bring us.
6-And finally do not leave for tomorrow what you can do today.
