informative overload
The environment of modern cities with overloaded informativeness and artificial conditions separates a person completely from nature, creating conditions for permanent stress. If a long time to live under such circumstances, the body is depleted, the human nervous system is overloaded and diseases arise.
Nature is an integral part of our life.
For health, there must be a balance.
Once I discovered for myself travels to nature ... the sea ... mountains ... forests ... rivers ...
Leaving for a time from civilization, plunging into places where there are no cars, where there are no crowds of people where there is no fuss, and no noise affects the mind and soul as a "balm to the wound."
After a while thoughts stop in my head, inner tension goes away and I notice the surrounding beauty of the earth .... inside there is peace. And everything in the city seemed unrealistically complicated, it becomes simple and understandable.
My life is perceived as the incarnate miracle breaking through the billions of chance possibilities of being .....
