Let acknowledge you that the big Foxconn technology officials announced that they are going to invest 10 billion dollars in the future for a project to build the technology campuses in the Wisconsin. Which is going to come into being in the future with the 13000 jobs in the markets.
But the thing is every single small project demands from the man-side so its the only U.S. manufacturing project is just in the process.
Earlier this year Mazda and Toyota planed that they are going to produced 550 permanent jobs with the 370 acre site project in Greenup County in Kentucky.
U.S. manufacturing achieving some very big task in the consecutive month of the growth in the month of May.They are being growing for the consecutive two years from their start.
Jason Tolliver wrote in its recent cilumn that the average of vaccancy of U.S. manufacturing to the percentage of 3.8% from the last ten years.

The next challenge is the "Merging Systems".
Another important fact is the merging of the old system in the newer system.The employee have to be very careful about that he just start reading the old system along with the new system requirement to merge them both with each other.
Now take the example along that the Volvo Cars ,Mazda for announced they have needed number of employees for the plant which will cost them big expense.So they have start with the idea that they to go with little old and some newer to get success.
The next challenge is the "Culture Development"
Culture Development is an important of any organization.We can take the example here that If somebody is going to open or start its second sale of point to enhance his own business. The better way for him to go with little new staff and some older staff to carry on with their on going culture and representation towards their customers like they have started their business.
