Feeling a little blue today, all activities have been closed down in Cebu and Moalboal has turned into a ghost town. Not sure how long this lockdown will last but it's going to have a massive effect on small local businesses. Most of the locals survive from day to day sales and will feel this change quickly, we will do all we can to help but this is not going to be easy.
