🪳🪳🪳 Japanese Red Bug an example of a perfect mother 🪳🪳🪳

While tending to my plants I came across this bug sitting on one of the leaves. I immediately fetched my camera and macro lense to photograph this to me unknown species. After some research I discovered it was a Japanese Red Bug and read it’s fascinating characteristics.

The female Japanese Red Bug is a single mother that spends her days busily scanning leaves and the environment in general looking for food for her numerous offspring whose appetite can only be satisfied with some ripe fruit from a rare plant. She never tires to satisfy her very selective brood.
