Basset monument, Carn brea, Cornwall England --- photo of the day-----
Basset monument, Carn brea, Cornwall, England
This is another long exposure photograph take late at night. The exposure was long enough to blur the cloud movement but still keep the stars in the night sky sharp. I absolutely love this photo although it was really calm, quiet and very cold it gives off a very dramatic atmosphere. don't you agree?
I placed the moon directly behind the head of the monument so the light would illuminate the clouds without blowing out the highlights too much.
