The mystery of Iceland (Part2)

in #photography7 years ago

In the next few days we traveled through beautiful mountain sites or visited impressive waterfalls like the “Skogafoss”. With his 60m high fall he is one of the biggest waterfalls there. If you want to take a good photo of him you have to come early in the morning because of the light and the lots of tourists.

We wandered through valleys made out of glacier water and enjoyed a nice hot spring up in the mountains. It is called “Seljavallalaug”. It´s about 10km away from the Skogafoss. But it definitely is worth to take a nice hot bath there.

After a very comfy sleep we headed east to the next sight called “Dyrhonlaey”. It´s a really big bridge formed stone that stands out of the ocean. One recommendations for this sight is to bring a really nice wind sealed jacket.
