I am a big fan of "Chocolat Fondant" (that's what we call it here in Lebanon, as a French name) I almost tried every version there is in different Lebanese restaurants.
Few years back I got acquainted with Chili's Molten Cake. That took over my prior addiction lol

Hey girl!!! Your creations are pretty impressive. Posh looking but expressing that comforting, home made feel. And that is, in my humble oppinion, the whole point of food. To avoke emotions, memories.... As far as the photos go, nicely done. Maybe use a darker, bronze, grey or mat black plate for the mint and strawbery one to make them really pop..but that would be a step away from the summery, vibrant look of this set of photos...haha, never mind my comment too much, it's just my obsession with that sort of tableware coming out :-):-) great work!!

Haha, you and me the same!! I've been cooking since i was little, feeding people i love gives me great pleasure. Who ever said cooking was a phylantropic act was dead wrong, it's very egotistical :-):-):-):-)i love to photograph my food, learn as i go....You at least have a pro camera, i use my trusted phone (very professional of me, right?? :-)) anyway, i just started with steemit, really enjoy your posts, keep up the good work.
