My dessert today: Profiterole with Ice Cream & Chocolate Sauce

It's summer, so it's time for refreshing, light and super aromatic desserts! And what can be better on a hot day than a profiterole with ice cream and chocolate sauce?

Today, along with my boyfriend @oneboredhero I went to the confectionery and savored this great dessert. Let me tell you what it contains:

• chocolate ice cream;
• chocolate souce;
• whipped cream;
• choux a la creme / éclair (filled with vanilla cream).

I could choose vanilla ice cream and chocolate ice cream and chose chocolate, it's my favorite. This dessert can also be prepared at home.
