What are you doin on roof? Nature always find a way!

Hello Friends!
I was walking around and from one terrace i saw roof and under them was some kind of plant. I was need to take a photo and i climbed to the roof because i thought this is impossible that from nothing grow something like this :O

Later I learned that this plant was very healing and that there was a healing fluid that was fed out of fleshly leaflets. Due to anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, this plant is an excellent natural remedy for skin diseases and wounds and first aid in insect bites and burns. In folk medicine it is also used to treat warts, sunburns. in literal translation from Croatish to English name of this plant is HOUSEGUARDIAN (čuvarkuća) :) If anyone know real name on English please write in comment...thank you!
