32 images stacked!? Thats really cool. I had heard of focus stacking before but I never gave it much thought how much work went into it. To my untrained eye they look pretty good too!
I would imagine its not an easy technique to do?
I just recently purchased a focus rail to move the camera forward towards the subject little by little between each photo. It makes it a lot easier than trying to determine where your focus is and making sure your focused areas of each frame overlap. Usually the computer does a good job of aligning and combining the images but usually there are a few areas than need tweaking to get the entire image looking sharp.
