Home" is not only a space for life

The exhibition will be shown in ten cities around the world. The tour will begin in March 2018 and will be accompanied by the release of a memorable photobook created by Stuart Smith. The first exhibition will take place in the New York Milk Gallery (March 2-14, 2018).
Sixteen Magnum photographers make photos of the theme "Home" for this project. The agency "Magnum" is known for a documentary photograph, connecting photojournalism with art. Since founding in 1947, the agency remains committed to the humanistic direction in photography, uniting in this its photographers from around the world. In this project, they were asked to explore the topic "Home" - universal and close to all.
"Home" is not only a space for life. This concept contains many other associations - emotional, biological, cultural and social. Sixteen authors-participants received a "carte blanche" to examine the subject from their own individual point of view. The result of the work, reflecting their personal views on the subject, expressed through photographs, we will see at the exhibition and in the book.

The dates of the project presentation in other cities of the world are known - London (The Vinyl Factory, 18 - 27 May 2018), Paris (Joseph Gallery, 10-17 June 2018), Toyko (Daikanyama Hillside Forum, July 21-30, 2018), Cologne Mass, September 26-19).
