Today I bought more fruits in our local supermarket, as usual. Fruits like mangoes, plums, apples and bananas are a big part of my diet as well as vegetables, they are so delicious!
Fruits are nature's gift to humans and animals so we should enjoy them as much as we can and definitely add them more to our diets for a better health.
I also made some fresh homemade bread!
