Very nice clear photo. I admire your photography; your subjects are fascinating, and your camera skills are consistently good. The pincers-like structure at the tail end of the abdomen is known as a pair of cerci — cercus in the singular. The insect itself is called an "earwig" in English, and belongs to the order Dermaptera.
