Train Bridge

in #photography7 years ago

Yesterday we went to the Train Bridge, which crosses the South Saskatchewan river, near the University of Saskatchewan. The bridge was built back in 1908 by the Canadian Pacific Railway, and is a staple landmark here in the Bridge city known as Saskatoon.

Love those rails going to infinity!

I love train tracks and good shots of them, these are great love the light on the tracks

in the second shot is that a walkway beside the tracks, which leads me to ask are these still used for trains?

Yes, a train came by 5 min after we left!! Just missed it unfortunately, maybe next time...

Pity you missed shots of it
