I love daylilies, the workhorse of the July garden borders. I have a clump I purchased at a local sale this Spring, where people dig up bits and bobs from their yard, and the label simply said, "Not Orange". When I asked her about it, she said, "I know they are not the orange ones, but I can't remember which colour they were", well I bought them.

I have tons of orange shades, so it's like Christmas now, the buds are filling out and I can't wait to see them open so I can see what colour they are...what has Father Christmas...er Mother nature given me. :)
