Hey you did third place nice :D
That's awesome!! Thanks so much for the suggestion.
You are welcome :),
Im a hobby photograph too, i want to buy a new camera. Maybe a Canon again. What do you think abaut the upcoming d5 mark 4? Should i wait? To expensive?
Wow, I this is the first I have heard of the Mark IV. The Mark III is an excellent camera, and I know a lot of professional photogs who love it. My 70D is a crop sensor, and the next investment in my gear will be a full-frame. And I am a Canon loyalist. But I have also fallen in love with the touchscreen that the 70D offers, it makes everything so easy and it would be hard to go back. I was looking at the 5D III but decided to wait until either the next mark comes out for that one, or perhaps the 6D, because the only fall frame with a touch screen is the 1D which...... um, no. No way can I afford that. So very exciting news that there will be a 5D IV with a touchscreen!
As to whether it's worth the cost, you should ask yourself what is important to you. Do you shoot a lot indoors? Do you shoot a lot of landscapes? For these two areas I think a full frame would make a huge difference in your image quality. However, if you are mainly shooting macros or portraits then I think a lens would be the smarter investment because the full frame won't be as much of a game changer as a good lens and you could afford the 70D, or the new 80D, which are great professional-grade cameras just not full-frames.
hmm ok im confused a little bit :D i think 5d 3 or 4 will be to expensive for me. maybe a Sony Alpha 2 or 3 ? looks great too
@dowha Aha, then if you want to stay with a Canon you will be really happy with the 70D which I have, and was able to get around Thanksgiving two years ago for $800 with an excellent rebate package. Keep in mind that if already own Canon lenses and switch over to a Sony you will have to buy all new lenses.
