ALERT! Baby woodrose says, "Life loves us." And more.
Wild baby woodrose.
Or argyreia nervosa, if you care.
Not vased. Or trellised.
It is just creeping.
Freely and loudly. Out in the wild.
I say "loud" because
it was the showy blue-purple-fuschia trinity
that caught my eyes, and would not let 'em go,
until I had hopped out of the car,
borrowed my friend's phone, (thanks again, Pete!),
and taken this picture. It wanted to remind us that:
* The five-pointed star is an essential shape of NATURE.
* Like us, it is not ownable by religion, government, military, or industry.
* We are free, beautiful, and LIFE LOVES US.
There are obstructions, yes.
But they don't negate the continual current
of Love flowing in our direction at all times.
Even when impossible to feel.
That is why flowers are made
to such gorgeous perfection.
Their beauty assures beyond.
💜💙
P.S. I have not tested this, but according to webmd.com:
Hawaiian baby woodrose is an ornamental plant that is related to the morning glory plant. Despite serious safety concerns, Hawaiian baby woodrose is used for pain relief and causing sweating. But its more famous use is as a hallucinogen. Internet sellers promote Hawaiian baby woodrose as a “natural LSD.” The hallucinatory effects of Hawaiian baby woodrose are similar to alcohol intoxication with psychedelic visual effects such as enhanced colors. The effects last 6-8 hours.
Great capture!
Steem on :)
Thank you, @jcsteem! :-)
