Now that looks delicious! With the bok choy and snap peas -- what a welcome into spring! Bok choy is so good. I like the lime and cilantro of the Thai cooking. I'm with you on not eating out much. I like my own cooking so much better, lol. Restaurants use so much salt. And I am used to good produce. But travel is challenging. It's easy to get in the habit of just asking for food and then - Boom! - it just shows up, and usually pretty quickly. And there's no cleanup, lol.
