Thanks @jascool0124 🙂 I just followed a recipe on YouTube and skipped the ground meat since I want to try vegetable gyoza. It was my first time making it. I did use whatever veggie is available at that time and just used Kikkoman light soy sauce and ground pepper. Here's a veggie gyoza you might want to look at Veggie Gyoza Recipe
