Tapak Tuan or Dragon City, a city located at the southwestern tip of Aceh Province, precisely in South Aceh district. One of the cities that has a variety of tourist attractions and legends.

Morning at 09.00 am, me and some friends agreed to follow some places related to the Legend of the Dragon Princess, the journey to Tapak Tuan, the capital of South Aceh Regency.

The distance from Blangpidie, where I live, with Tapak Tuan far enough. It takes us 3 hours to travel by motorcycle.

2.Enjoying the Cold Sensation at 7 Meter High Falls.

Cold sensation immediately felt when entering this area. Really calming, from a distance sounded faintly the sound of water coming down from the 7-meter-high cliff.

Cold Waterfall is a waterfall as high as 7 meters which became the most visited tourism object in South Aceh.

According to the story circulating from the public, that this Cold Water is a bathing place of dragon princess in ancient times. On certain days like Wednesday, always held habeh or rejected bala (tradition in Aceh).

This waterfall attraction is the most visited destination by local tourists and even from outside the region. Enjoying lunch while watching and listening to the swift sound of the waterfall brings its own pleasure.

3.The charm of sunset at White Sand Beach.

Not far from the location of Cold Water Waterfall, you will find a tourist attraction that is not less interesting is the White Sand Beach, which is dominated by beach color white sand is clean.

Access to this place is quite difficult, where I have to pass the big black rocks that are given the direction of arrows to the location.

It turns out that Tapa Tapa's 7-meter-long footprint is true.

Not to forget we were immortalized by taking pictures that dilatari Tapak Tapa Tapa with a vast expanse of sea. We rushed back at that time because the tide was getting unstable.

5.Enjoy the atmosphere of Black Stone Beach.

After touring in 'Kampung Naga' we look for food to fill the stomach. Our next destination: Batu Hitam Beach, where this place is the right place to enjoy various types of culinary.

6.Soak in the cool pool of the Dragon Princess Bath.

After lunch we headed to Dragon Naga Bath, which is said to be in the legend of Tapak Tuan, the bath was made by a dragon for his son, the dragon princess.

The location is quite far from the city center, but the distance is paid by what we get. This bath water comes directly from the mountains, very fresh!

Our journey continued to Jambo Hatta, a house that used to be visited by Bung Hatta, First Vice President of Indonesia.

If you want to see Tapak Tuan City as a whole, Jambo Hatta is the right place. Here you can enjoy the beautiful city of Dragon and also a very beautiful mountain expanse.

8.Culinary hunting in Dragon City.

Tapak Tuan has a fairly complete facilities, a variety of lodging places such as hotels, or inns are in this place.

And of course that should not be missed, also pamper your tongue with a hunting culinary typical of South Aceh that flies. The most famous ones in South Aceh are the Pala Syrup and Asinan Pala. It would be nice if a visit to South Aceh you buy nutmeg syrup and Asinan Pala as souvenirs. In addition to helping the local economy, you can also introduce South Aceh to your acquaintances.
