DELICIOUS Northwestern Chinese food. 西北菜

I was introduced at lunch to some delicious Northwestern Chinese cuisine 西北菜. As usual the dishes were delicious.

The first dish was unique handmade noodles. The sandwiches are known as "Chinese hamburgers."

Lamb and noodles are very prevalent in the dishes and of course they're both delicious! 😁😁
