Hof Ter Schelde

Hello all,

As you guys maybe know, I'm studying photography in Antwerp Belgium. This year we had a big assignment, we had to make a photo series about 'Linkeroever', it's a part of Antwerp where our school is located. It's a very 'dark' piece of Antwerp (in my eyes). I love to photograph portraits (I just love other people's stories), that's why I made a portrait/documentary about the people of Linkeroever.
Hof Ter Schelde is a nursing home for old people, I went there to start my photo-journey. But soon I realised that there are so many interesting people in this spot only! So my story is about them.

Every day the same
The same view
The same food
The same corner in the room where you are gazing outside
The only thing that is cherished is the memory
The memory of that loved one
