Pepes Tofu Mushroom

Ingredients
2 pieces white chinese tofu, mash with a fork
10 pieces of mushroom, sliced
1/2 tsp coriander powder
to taste salt
to taste pepper powder
to taste sugar
1 egg, shake off
1 pack of instant coconut milk @ 65ml
5 red chili peppers
2 bunch of basil, petiki leaves
3 bay leaves, cut into pieces
Spice iris:
4 onions
2 cloves of garlic
3 large red peppers
Step
Mixed tofu, mushrooms, salt, pepper powder, granulated sugar and coriander powder, mix well .. Add basil, iris spices, coconut milk and eggs, mix well
Take the banana leaf, spoon the dough .. put the bay leaves and red pepper, wrap .. both ends of the tip with the stick
Steam 15 minutes until done
