THE SETTING SUN: Photography at its best
You have to admit that the Camon CX is a one in a kind digital camera. Once you've got it in hand distance becomes a misnomer when ever you want to take a shot.
THE SETTING SUN
If you would ever need an image to pass as the cover page of a Geography textbook then I would highly recommend the image used in today's blog post.
Sunsets (lover's fantasy) are usually most beautiful when the skies are cloudy, when rains or storms are expected, if the sun had been friendly during the day or if the long day/short night mode is in effect.
No matter how beautiful they would be, I have cause to believe that none of them would supersede a beachy sunset over stable or tide manipulated waters with surfers over the horizon slowly getting drowned by the waves or one with the whales and dolphins caught by the photographers lens as they make their dome-shaped leap displaying their beauty in all colours nature can find.
I couldn't get any of those but this, at a local watering hole in Nigeria got me worried. When the heck did Nigerian waters start showing signs of storm?
The clouds over the water slowly parted for the sun to glimmer over the waters one more time before giving way to darkness. It gave me just enough time to make 14 shots. One shot of the sunset and the rest of lover's kissing after the awwwwww comment.
It sadly disappeared almost immediately as it appeared.
About the storm, it can come (when I'm not around), all I know is it made my image more beautiful.
Tell me what do you love about the image?
A late evening walk on the beach does not hurt at all. Just be sure to go with a nice camera and you won't regret it

Nice post
I'm awestruck bro, this is simply jaw dropping! I've caught sunsets but not as beautiful as this. I was imagining a tornado on sea...
... it would be out of this world!
Thanks bro
Me gusta mucho la imagen para la portada de un libro. Particularmente esa foto es bella por el atardecer pero en el fondo esos remolinos generan un poco de miedo, solo viendo esa imagen te hace sentir muchas emociones. Saludos!
Don't understand
I really like the image for the cover of a book. Particularly that photo is beautiful because of the sunset but in the background those swirls generate a bit of fear, just seeing that image makes you feel many emotions. Regards!
Aww.. Thanks a lot
