Looking Glass Falls

I was looking through old photos in my parent's storage room and found these beautiful photos of Looking Glass Falls in western North Carolina, in the Pisgah Forest. We use to go to North Carolina as many summers as possible.

Trips like these gave me my love for hiking and the outdoors. The beauty and majesty of it all is something that leaves a lasting effect on someone.

This shot here is from a higher part of the mountain looking at multiple falls, not just looking glass.

North Carolina has some of the most beautiful settings east of the Mississippi River. There are rivers, creeks, and mountains everywhere, as well as mountains all around offering you the chance to see Earth's playground in all it's wonders.

I truly suggest taking a hike if you ever find yourself near western NC, where this beautiful scene lies.
