Raw, naked and Beautiful Update

I am also pretty sure that the title Raw, Naked and Beautiful could have some pretty interesting thoughts or images dancing around one’s head 🙂
I took on and named this project almost 2 years ago – it’s been in my thoughts constantly yet I struggled with a few things – with the direction and within me – now much more is becoming clear and it’s truly the time to move forward with this!!
Raw, Naked and Beautiful stands for Real, Authentic and Truth – and I may, actually I hope 🙂 as the deeper I dig, I realize how little I know or understand about the real energetics of living and being yet my journey and inquestable thirst for truth (ahh being a true Sagg) I would love to share what I am finding as our ‘reality’ that seems so real is not what you nor I think or have been taught it is!!

Our so called ‘ reality’ is such a man made construct based on anything but truth, We are multi dimensional beings that view and live life through our 5 senses which is extremely limiting as we cannot keep up with how much information is in our awareness or fields each moment therefore we have beliefs, programs, patterns, judgments, points of views etc that everything gets censored through – kind of like that telephone line game as a kid – remember how distorted the information was by the time it hit the last person – no where near how it started out usually. Funny in the game but not always funny in the game called life!

Raw is about real – real foods, real emotions, real conversations, real ways of living and being. Where can we be more real in our lives? I will dive more into all of this in upcoming posts!! We are turning more into who we are and living from the heart more not the head.

Real Foods – what the body needs!!

Naked is about being Authentic – whether that is having your photo taken in the nude, semi nude or not it’s who are you truly and how do you want to be seen being the real you!? And speaking of naked – what is wrong with the human body, your body? Do you love it? or not? It’s time to let go of negative self talk, self abuse and another twisted thoughts about nudity being pornographic etc Our bodies are the place our Souls call home – love it and a big part of that is being the real you! I will share my journey of my relationship with food, my body and self and why now this is my mission. Some major deprogramming for some of us for sure!!

Celebrate YOUR Awesomeness!!

Beautiful is about Truth – the truth of who we are! I so love using the snowflake analogy as it seems to work – we are each like a beautiful,unique snowflake that when we come together we all play an unique role but when looked t separately we look different, are unique and beautiful – so why try and be like anyone else!!?? Loe your unique, quirky, beautiful awesomeness!!! 🙂

We all came into this world pure, innocent and full of love – somewhere along the line the story got distorted.
The journeys to come home, back to self, back to love.
When we leave planetEarth we may be asked of our time here – how much were you able to love and how much were you able to receive love………
So I leave you with this question – where in your life can you be more, raw, naked and beautiful??
Eat Real
Live Authentically
Love Yourself
Laugh Often
Be Awesome!!!
