RE: Original Art Photography Series by @velimir #498 'Circles'
I believe that the circle is the form that most signifies our lives, individual and collective. It was not by chance that primitive peoples were ruled by a circular time, and in modernity the inopportune philosopher Nietzsche rethought the idea of the "eternal return". Contemporary history –although progress is supposedly linear and ascending– seems to confirm this.
Your photo connects us with the circular, but also the features of the structure –the red of the sides and the white (light?) of the edges– accentuate its effect on our perception.
Thank you, @velimir.
