RE: Half lit face photography tutorial
Thanks for the comment. I use to struggle with portraiture, but I have been trying to improve in that skill. I'm not too great at landscape photography on the other hand. I have managed to capture quite a few photos of birds. The trick is to learn their habits. Like where they nest and where they usually fly to and rest. It takes a bit of patients but once you can predict the birds next move you'll have a greater chance of capturing the dream shot. It sounds hard at first but you'll learn real quick. I usually aim for a higher shutter speen when using a DSLR for bird photography to prevent any motion blur. My preferred lens for this kind of photography would be a zoom lens with at least 200mm max zoom. I hope the advice helps @kaminchan. In my next post I will display my bird photography collection and how I went about taking the photos. Have a good day.
Thank you very much! I would love to see your bird photos. There are many birds in my garden but I can never take their photos!
It is tricky at first but once you get the hang of it it's smooth sailing. Good luck😊👌
