In the land of fairies and gnomes

in #photography6 years ago (edited)

I've just arrived home, and after cooking some dinner, I began to select my newest photos. Well, I was hiking all the day around Csákvár (Vértes mountains), and it was more than adventurous.
It was very difficult to get to the hills because there were long fences everywhere. Then I got bored to cross the fences, so I climbed under one that was just a simple wire. Fortunately, it wasn't an electric fence. From the top of the hills I had a wonderful view, but I will show those pictures in my next post.
Vegetation was even more interesting. There were small sized oak trees mixed with flaming red sumac trees. At first it was not dense, it was easy to go through them, but then it became very shrubbery. The path vanished and the hillside slope was very steep. It took around 1.5 hours to get out! But it was sooo beautiful and peaceful. I just sat down and became one with the nature. I entered the land of fairies and gnomes...

Looks admirable and appealing :-)

Breathtaking! Those sumac's are gorgeous!

lol, "fairies and gnomes", I don't doubt they'd live, I think we would become one with nature in that sort of environment as well! Thanks for sharing these beyond beautiful pictures! 😊
