RE: Menē24k - Fashionable Wealth

in #photography7 years ago

There was something i included in my post during the contest #whatintheworldismene24k, which is, mene 24k gold shouldn't just be purchased as a wearable wealth or a store of value but it can be purchased for beautification or fashionabilty.

We all feel good and happy when we wear something fashionable.
Using the ‘Hierarchy of Needs' by an American psychologist Abraham Maslow in the 1940's, which is a pyramid with a base of physiological factors followed by safety, love/belonging, esteem, and self-actualisation at its very tip.

Looking at jewellery through Maslow’s lens, wearing a jewelry is about the fashionability and this would fall into our higher needs. For example, for ‘love and belonging’, jewellery may have been used to attract mates by wearing it and by wooing them through giving gifts (Valentine’s day) .

@goldmatters; Its a good thing that people are now seeing reasons to purchase mene24k gold items and they are also spreading the goodnews.

Yes! Maslow!! Great reference. I love psychology and I think Maslow would be down with Menē for sure!

Keeping our fingers crossed,
before valentine he should have purchased one, since he is of the view that; Clothing can be an expression of love but the most obvious expression of love is jewelry, so purchasing a mene 24k item wouldn't be a bad idea.

Fingers crossed! I’m sure you will do a great unboxing post :)
