Tell about my city I'll start with this wonderful Victory Park! The park is very beautiful! And I believe that he can worthily enter the list of the best parks in Ufa.

The park is located in Ordzhonikidzevsky district of Ufa. It was opened in 1947 and until 1980 was called the Neftyanik park.

The park area is 62 hectares!

Initially, the park had children's playgrounds, carousels and a Ferris wheel.

Now there is nothing in the park. Now there are alleys with benches, beautiful flower beds, monuments, the republican museum of military glory and exhibits of military equipment.

It is a monument to the Heroes of the Soviet Union A. Matrosov and M. Gubaidullin with eternal fire.

A few days before the holiday on May 9, many people come to this monument with flowers.

When I was in school, we had a tradition, every year on May 7 or 8 we all class came to this monument to lay flowers. Even now, having long since graduated from school, our class follows this tradition)

All my life I am amazed by the beauty of this tree!

The day before the holiday. May 9 will be especially beautiful!

All trees in the park are planted in a row) Small own forest of our park.

By the way, squirrels live in it)

Today I managed to see one, but I did not have time to take a picture.

And in the winter 7 years ago I even saw two small chanterelles. They ran across the river on the ice, most likely in search of food.

From the observation deck you will see a wonderful view of the forest and the White River

In 2014, a new monument appeared in the park. This is the felling of a submarine. It was installed in honor of the submariners who died on the Kursk nuclear submarine.

Here such beautiful birdhouses hang on trees)

Monument to M.G. Gareev. - a participant in the Second World War and twice Hero of the Soviet Union.
