Greetings! Everyday and Curious Encounters #1-20
Thank you for having me on steemit! I would like to dedicate this blog primarily to the pictures I take in my free time. You may want to know some details about this endeavor:
Q: What do you take pictures of?
A: Whatever catches my attention in one way or another.
Q: What do you take pictures with?
A: With my smartphone. That is all my current equipment amounts to.
Q: What will your blogging schedule be like?
A: I hope to regularly upload one picture at a time; at least a few times a week, ideally every day. Oh, and the order in which I upload my pictures will not be chronological. You may see pictures of different events mixed up to give some variety.
Q: Did you come up with a catchy title for this photograph series?
A: I hope so: everyday and curious encounters. How about it?
Q: Who are you, by the way?
A: Laivintlich. Who else? :P
Q: Come on, tell us something about yourself!
A: Alright: I am a master student in environmental sciences. Biologist at heart. Amateur photographer. Writing my own science fiction story (work in progress). And very excited about the future of blockchain technology & Co. Oh, I also love cooking a lot!

I picked this one up in a botanical garden in the Kanton Solothurn, Switzerland. A friend and I came up with a full background story for it. We gave it the name "Nethyme von Huhnstein" in that fictional story.

That is actually a fountain: one can barely see the two streams of water in the center of that object. I'll take a closer picture next time I visit there. :) Thank you!
