Gorgeous Lilac Smokey Eyes With Glitter And Nude Lips
In this tutorial, I will show how to create a pair of beautiful purple smokey eyes with glitter. The makeup is complemented with “nude lips” that fits nicely into a makeup that emphasizes the eyes. In the written article below, you’ll find all products linked for your convenience. They are all compiled at the bottom of the tutorial. By purchasing products through the links, you help me to create more and better tutorials and videos in the future.
The tutorial will also show you how the base is added in a step by step process to complete this smokey eye makeup.
Start by cleaning your face with products that suit your skin type and then moisturize with a suitable face cream. To get a more durable make-up, start applying a primer, preferably with a sunscreen factor for extra protection.
Covering dark circles under the eyes is beneficial before laying a foundation. To cover the bluish shade under the eyes, I use a reddish color under the eyes and I also use it to cover blue-browed blood vessels on the cheeks.

If you have a reddish shade somewhere on your face, for example around your nose, chin or forehead, you can then use a green concealer to neutralize the red color. A green concealer works well on red pimples as well.
When choosing a foundation, it is important to choose a color that is as similar to your own skin color as possible. You should preferably not see that foundation has been applied after applying it. I used a foundation brush to blend out the foundation.

Application of eyeshadows for a stylish lilac smokey eye makeup.
L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Dual Effects Eye Shadow
Apply white eyeshadow under the eyebrows and in the inner corner of your eyes to create a nice shimmer (this step can be done later if you prefer to add the other shades first).
Apply the eyeshadow to the globe line.
The next eyeshadow should be slightly darker than the previous one and it is placed in the globe line but not as blurry as the first purple color. It’s good to use a smaller brush in this step as this shadow should be more defined.
To create a nice and clean contrast between the eyelid and the cutline, a small concealer is added to the entire eyelid. This also allows the next color on the eyelid to be more emphasized.

Now we add the darkest color of the palette as a line that follows the top line of the concealer, which was added in the previous step.
To create a nice shimmer, apply eye-dust (a thin and fine glitter in a powder form) on the eyelid.
To better frame the eyes, place a thin line with an eyeliner above the upper eyelash line.
L’Oréal Paris Super Liner Ultra Precision – Black
On the lower eyelash line, we add an additional two eyeshadows and then the purple eye pencil.
Use the glitter (glitter in eyeliner shape) on the eyelid and just below the pupil on the lower eyelash line and use mascara on the upper and lower lashes.

A pair of nicely-filled eyebrows frame your face in an eye-catching way and is a really important step that completes the makeup beautifully.
L’Oréal Paris Brow Artist Genius Eyebrow Colour Kit, Medium to Dark
After the lilac smokey eye makeup is applied, it is good to complete it with a concealer under the eyes. To get a fresh and nice look, it’s good to use a concealer that is 1-2 tones brighter than one’s skin tone. For best results, put the concealer in a triangular shape under the eyes.
Facial contouring.
To create beautiful and natural shadows in the face that change and improve the shape of your face, add a dark color to the forehead, under the cheekbones, and throughout the shin-line.
Real Techniques Foundation Brush
If you want to hide a slightly visual double chin, apply a dark color under the chin to effectively create a sharper edge as well as the appearance of a slimmer face.
Applying rouge.

Highlight the upper part of the upper lip, at the highest part of the cheekbone, and on the tip of the nose and continue a little bit up on the bridge of the nose. This gives a fresh and uplifting look.
Stylish nude lips.
Fill in the entire lip contour with your lip pen and continue by filling in the entire upper and lower lip with the lip pen as well.
Now, use a nice matching lip cream or lipstick on your lips.
If you have followed the steps above, the finished result should look similar to the pictures below.
I hope this tutorial has given you new ideas on how to create lilac smokey eyes for both parties and adventures. Should you want a lighter variant for an everyday makeup look, you can, for example, leave out the glitter, etc.

Nicely done!! I really love the Loreal quads. I have the one in Rose Nude, which is all pink-ish gold colors. I haven't seen the purple one you have. I also just did a look on my page using purple shadows, but mine was using the Wet N Wild Petal Pusher pallet.
