Good work bears fruit! - ¡El buen trabajo da sus frutos!

For almost twenty days I have not written a post about my ecological vegetable garden, I wanted it to be very meaningful when I wrote again, so it's time to show how the vegetables and fruits of this summer are going. Do not lose detail because you are going to hallucinate how plants grow in only three weeks.

Llevo casi veinte días sin escribir un post sobre mi huerto ecológico, quería que cuando volviera a escribir los avances fueran muy significativos, así que ha llegado el momento de mostrar como van las verduras y las frutas de este verano. No perdáis detalle porque vais a alucinar como crecen las plantas en solo tres semanas.

I will give a review as I have always done so that you can see the evolution of the different vegetables that are planted and so you can compare with other posts. Voy a dar un repaso como siempre he hecho para que veáis la evolución de las distintas verduras que hay plantadas y para que podáis comparar con otros posts. Os recomiendo que lo hagáis porque es impresionante de lo que es capaz la naturaleza si la tratas con cariño y se cuidan las plantas.

Garlic - Ajos

We picked the first garlic, and there are plenty! They have grown very fast, and you are very good, the touch that gives the garlic to a sauce is tremendous, they have a great taste, it is noticed that they are completely ecological garlic.

Hemos recogido los primeros ajos, ¡y hay un montón! Han crecido rapidísimo, y estás muy buenos, el toque que da el ajo a un sofrito o a una salsa es tremendo, tienen un gusto buenísimo, se nota que son ajos completamente ecológicos.

Fruit trees - Árboles frutales

The fruit keeps growing, it does very fast, but the fruits are somewhat small still and especially very immature. We really want to eat apples and pears but we still have to wait a bit. Sure they are very tasty when they are ready to eat.

La fruta sigue creciendo, lo hace muy rápido, pero los frutos están algo pequeños aún y sobre todo muy inmaduros. Tenemos muchas ganas de comer manzanas y peras pero tenemos que esperar todavía un poco. Seguro que están muy sabrosas cuando estén listas para comer.

Onions - Cebollas

The onions are already in full swing, we have already collected many, and we have all the neighbors supplied with them. There are some very fat, can perfectly weigh a kilo almost.

Pues las cebollas ya están en pleno apogeo, ya hemos recogido muchísimas, y tenemos a todos los vecinos abastecidos de ellas. Hay algunas muy gordas, perfectamente puede pesar una casi un kilo.

Tomatoes - Tomates

The tomatoes, my favorite vegetable, are beginning to see large tomatoes already, but they are still very immature although some there is that it looks a little red already. The tomato plant is a plant that once it starts to give tomatoes does not stop, so we have to be patient, because we are going to swell eating tomatoes.

Los tomates, mi verdura favorita, empiezan a verse grandes tomates ya, pero siguen muy inmaduros aunque alguno hay que se ve un poco rojo ya. La planta del tomate es una planta que una vez que empieza a dar tomates no para, así que tenemos que tener paciencia, porque nos vamos a hinchar de comer tomates. Además, hemos plantado muchísimos para acabar inflados de tomate.

Pumpkins - Calabazas

The pumpkin is the plant that has the least advance in sight, yes, the moment they are harvested, you see the advance suddenly. We look forward to seeing our gigantic pumpkins.

La calabaza es la planta que menos avance tiene a la vista, eso sí, en el momento en que se recolectan, se ve el avance de golpe y de qué manera! Esperamos pronto ver nuestras calabazas gigantescas.

Peppers - Pimientos

Like tomatoes, peppers are growing a lot, and ... we're looking forward to frying our first peppers and eating them! There is less left for it. We have planted many, and when we start picking, we will not stop. They are in the countdown.

Al igual que los tomates, los pimientos están creciendo muchísimo, y... ¡estamos deseando freir nuestros primeros pimientos y comérnoslos! Ya queda menos para ello. Hemos plantado muchísimos, y cuando empecemos a recoger, no vamos a parar de hacerlo. Están en la cuenta atrás.

Chilli peppers - Guindillas

It's the first day I tell you about them, but the chilies are not missing any summer in our orchard. It is the official complement of any food in my house, we love the spicy. We are looking forward to taking the first ones and trying them out ... mmm. There have been years that we have had to bathe them in vinegar because if they are very hot.

Es el primer día que os hablo de ellas, pero las guindillas no faltan ningún verano en nuestro huerto. Es el complemento oficial de cualquier comida en mi casa, nos encanta el picante. Estamos deseando coger las primeras y probarlas... mmm. Ha habido años que las hemos tenido que bañar en vinagre porque si no pican demasiado.

Green beans - Judías verdes

Neither I had shown photos of the green beans. You know that I also have planted green beans, we will soon see how they grow and how this plant is filled of them.

Tampoco había mostrado fotos de las judías verdes. Ya sabéis que también tengo judías plantadas, pronto veremos como van creciendo y como esta planta se llena de ellas.
