Clouds always following the sun

One thing I've begin to notice some long time ago is that whenever sun goes, clouds are following - or air traffic is following. Like there's not a single cloud in the sky, but everything "cumulates" at the point where sun is. Are all flights redirected to be on par with sun? :)

What might be the reason for it? Should be sun dimmed or hidden?
