Animals and plants typical of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province are the unique fauna and flora established into the identity of Aceh Province.As other provinces in Indonesia, Aceh has unique plants and animals that have been established as the identity of the province.

The province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam has established Cempala Kuneng or Kucica Ekor-kuning (Trichixos pyrropygus) as their identity fauna. In addition, it also establishes the Jeumpa Flower or Cempaka Kuning (Magnolia champaca) as the identity flora. The flora and fauna plant is then referred to as plants and animals typical of Aceh Province.

The Latin name of this animal is Trichixos pyrropygus Lesson, 1839 which is synonymous with Trichixos pyrropyga Lesson, 1839. In the English language this Acehnese bird is named after Rufous-tailed Shama.

This native bird is medium size.Panjang body up to the head about 21 cm.Bulu on the head, back, and wings are dark brown shades of gray.Sedangkan chest and stomach to the base of the tail and the back is yellow reddish.Foat tail black color.In addition has a distinctive white eyebrow shape over his mat on a male bird.
