MELNIK, The Wine Place To Be When You Travel To Bulgaria
The town seats on the far southeast of the Trachian land almost border to Greece. Full of Roman influenced architecture and landscapes, Melnik offers the best of the Bulgarian vines.
We stopped drinking alcohol about 4 years ago, but the curiosity to taste the organic wine from the grapes that grow exclusively in this region definitely opened up my palate 😁
