Staircase to nowhere at DFW 去不到那裡的樓梯

I guess it used to be some cross over at the top of the staircase, but it is blocked now. What left behind is a staircase leads to nowhere.

相信以前樓梯頂是可以橫過的馬路，但現在只剩下一條那裡都去不了的樓梯。
