The mind is a superb instrument if used rightly. Used wrongly, however, it becomes very destructive. To put it more accurately... you usually don't use it at all. It uses you. Eckhart Tolle
We are addicted to thinking and somtimes stopping the mind for a little have a profound results.
Beautiful black and white photo makes the leaves more prominent and thank you for the quote makes me think about our mind and our actions :)
