Portrait of the Past - PORTRAIT PHOTO SHOOT IN ABANDONED 1950's HOUSE!

in #photography5 years ago

After a night of exploring with @terrywayne we stumbled upon an abandoned house locked in the 1950s. A few weeks of thoughts and brainstorming left us with a few ideas. One idea was that of a model in the house. Not only did we get a model, but we also had a model dress in dresses similar to the era of the house. Here's what I came up with.

I really like the imagination they placed in the photos! The gas mask gave a special touch to the plot in the session, congratulations on your effort!

ehy cara @mikeheinhold, la tua sessione fotografica è molto bella. amo soprattutto quelle con il violino, sono così profonde che vorrei solo sentire quale musica suonerà quella donna.

Inspiration can come from anywhere. Usually, its as I go, this was different. I found this house and immediately wanted to do a photoshoot here with a model fitting of the era. I'm really glad you liked them, thanks for your comment and the upvote and the kind words!

It is a pleasure to see other people's work and to learn something, even if they are developing different points of view !! very good :-))

Really cool photo session.

Congrats and greetings from Mexico.

What a cool place for a photoshoot! You created unique atmosphere in your photos.. do you know why this place has been abandoned for so long? AND how did you get inside? :)

Lovely photos! I especially like those with a hoover :)

Thank you for sharing and have a great day!

Beautiful post. I found myself cringing at her shoeless feet in this dilapidated house.
I loved the contrasting vitality of the model against the dormant abandonment of the house.
That violin adds a melodic tinge to a house fading in time.
My favorite pictures are the B&W. Very sensual and thought-provoking

I almost can't put into words how amazing are each picture here, each one of them has a personality for themselves, the textures, colors and shapes, as well as the model, everything is spot on, seeing this image was a pleasure, thanks for sharing!
